Who we are

This website is run by S.L. Wood Works, Sy. No. 208/9, Near Veedham School, S Bingipura, Hulimangala, Bengaluru 560105. We are responsible for the personal details you share with us through this website, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

What we collect

• When you send an inquiry form: your name, phone number, your email address if you give one, your message, and the design you were looking at.
• When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: what you choose to share there, such as room measurements or photos.
• If you place an order: your delivery address, so we can deliver and install the bed.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and we do not collect anything you have not typed in or sent to us yourself.

Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
• To arrange delivery and installation if you place an order.
• To help with warranty claims or any problem after your bed is installed.

By sending an inquiry you agree to us using your details for these purposes. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising or share them with anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

Our website is hosted by Vercel, and inquiries are stored in a MongoDB Atlas database. These providers store the data for us on secure servers, which may be outside India, and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How we protect it

The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The inquiry database is password protected, and only S.L. Wood Works can read the inquiries. We keep your details only as long as we need them to serve you, including for the warranty period if you buy from us.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It saves one small note in your browser for the current visit so the opening animation is not shown again on every page; it holds no personal details and is cleared when you close the tab. To see how many people visit, we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without collecting personal details.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what details we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete your details, or stop contacting you.

Email s.l.woodworksnow@gmail.com or call 080 4275 4201. If you are not happy with our reply, you can raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Many of our beds are made for children, but inquiries and orders should be placed by a parent or another adult.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms.
